Universitas Sumatera Utara’s rector Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos and the representative director of Earthwise Consulting Japan Yudai Tadaki, BSc. Signed a Momerantum of Understanding (MoU) and Momerantum of Agreement (MoA) at Rector’s Audience room, on Thursday 06th April 2023.
That agreement concentrating on environmental issues, according to the dean of engineering faculty Dr. Ir. Fahmi S.T., M.Sc, IPM. Earthwise Consulting Japan will give a tool called “pyrolysis” that can be used to manage the waste on campus’s environment. Not only on campus environment but the waste management using pyrolysis will be planned to manage the waste management on Medan city by consulting with PEMKO Medan.
According to representative Director of Earthwise Consulting Japan, Mr. Yudai Tadaki, BSc. USU’s faculty member and students have a massive interest and very enthusiasm for waste management. He said that Medan had a good future regarding to waste management. He also said that he look forward to another collaboration in the future.
