JICA visits Universitas Sumatera Utara on Monday, 29th May 2023, this visits aimed for JICA to know about USU’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), this meeting was held on TTU audience room on Biro Pusat Administrasi USU.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) is one of international agenda that is arranged by United Nations on 2015 with aim to reduce poverty, protect the earth and to ensure that everyone can enjoy peace and prosperity by the year of 2030.
The attendees of this meeting is Director’s secretary and manager from Directorate Internationalization and Global Partnership, USU’s SDG expert that represented by Mr. Wahyu Ario Pratomo SE., M.Ec. and Dr. Rulianda Purnomo Wibowo SP., M.Ec. and from JICA side represented by Mr. Mitsui.
On this meeting, JICA and USU discussed about the SDG’s such as what kind of activity USU does, are there any collaboration with government on USU’s SDG, and about USU’s SDG Research Center. After this meeting, the meeting is closed with photo session.
