In order to fulfill the indicator that became the aim of Kemendikbudristek, Universitas Sumatera Utara held a workshop with the purpose of deepening the understanding of the methodology and indicator of the QS-World University Rank (QS-WUR). The keynote speaker of this workshop is the Regional Director of South-east Asia and Japan World Class University, Sir E-Way Chong.

This Workshop being held in two session at Prof. Dr. Suhadji Hadibroto at Faculty of Economy and Business, the first session started from 09:00 with the participant came from universities in Indonesia such as Universitas Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, Universitas Malikussaleh, Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji, Universitas Negeri Medan, Universitas Riau, Universitas Syiah Kuala, etc. and the second is held at 14:00 with the participant came from the internal of Univeristas Sumatera Utara such as Faculty Dean and Vice Dean, Director and Vice Director, and the Head of Agency.
