Cited in https://koranmedan.com/ , The Rector of USU, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si attend and explained USU’s involvement at the 75th NAFSA Annual Conference Expo is to collaborate with other universities in another nations. USU also explain their international program at the Expo which is Summer Course, Student Mobility, International Mobility Staff, Sabbatical Leave, International Class, and else.
USU establish a partnership with other 2 universities, first with California State University, San Bernandino (CSUSB) and Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Germany (LUBS). there are 2 collaboration with California State University San Bernandino, firstly there will be a student exchange between two universities, on this activity USU’s students will get a discount there, Secondly there will be a discussion about the Dual Degree (2+2 Transfer Articulation Program) on this activity it will be decided which study program and curriculum explore.
With Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Germany (LUBS) there will be a collaboration where USU will be a host for the LUBS to finished 1 semester on USU, for this activity USU need to select the program that fulfill the regulation of LUBS’s International Human Resources Management and Organization.
Prof. Muryanto said, USU took part in NAFSA for the first time because it was considered very important to introduce USU to the international academic community and as a way of accelerating adaptation to change as the meaning of Transformation Towards the Ultimate.
