The University of North Sumatra (USU) will give rewards to lecturers and researchers who have research productivity both in quality and quantity, as well as reward lecturers with the most cited scientific articles in the last 3 years. This of course will spur lecturers / researchers to continue to improve the quality of the papers produced. The rewards given are in the form of award certificates and prize funds to researchers.
