LPDP USAID visit Universitas Sumatera Utara to give a seminar and workshop, this seminar is aimed for students, staff and lecturer that wanted to continue their study to America, this seminar is taken place at 14 and 15 of March from 09:00 till 16:00 (West Indonesia Time).

On first day (14 March) this opening ceremony is opened by Universitas Sumatera Utara Vice Rector 3 Prof. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, S.Si., M.Si., Apt, after that event is continued by placard and gift giving also group photo with USAID side, after the opening ceremony the event is continued by giving a brief explanation about the USAID Scholarship, which study program is supported by the scholarship, and the environment and how’s life in America by the LPDP USAID side.

On Second Day (15 March), the event started with a workshop about writing essay that will be used to apply for the scholarship LPDP. In that workshop the LPDP USAID side will explain the strategy like what will be written on that essay, the example of essay, and etc. After the workshop the event continued by souvenir giving for the participant, photo session, and closing ceremony
