Universitas Sumatera Utara and Japan’s Tottoro University held an audience to discuss about partnership on Friday 17th March 2023, this audience is attended by USU’s Vice Rector 3 Prof. Dr. Apt. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan S.Si., M.Si and Directorate of Internationalization and Global Partnership’s manager Arief Kurniawan, and from tottoro’s side, Dr. Reiko Omoto. This audience is held on Biro Rektor’s building on Universitas Sumatera Utara.
On this audience, had an objective to do a collaborate project on terms of student exchange, summer course, short visit, and joint research. According to the USU’s head of partnership (BPPKMK USU), in the near future ther will be a program to do send student from USU’s Japanese culture program to japan (for 1 year), which the student will be provided with fee and accommodation from Japanese government. Other partnership program will be designed and executed within this year.
